Work Experience

Movify 2023 - 2025

As a UX, Design Systems and Accessibility consultant at Movify I was appointed to large organisations to help them evolve their digital infrastructure.

  • I set the foundations of BPOST design system acting as its owner and designer. WRAP DS, still today, supports designers and developers to deliver applications for consumers, operations and retail. 
  • Also for BPOST, I conducted accessibility audits and evaluation of their accessibility capabilities, delivering a roadmap of short-term fixes and long-term skill development to evolve BPOST to an accessibility first organisations.
  • For STANLEY/STELLA, I redesigned and deployed in Sharepoint the next generation of their Intranet in co-creation with their HR department, employees, and IT.
  • Internally, I was a design system mentor and participated as a speaker in two company-organised panels about Design and AI.

Namahn 2015 - 2023

I joined Namahn as a service and systemic design intern and exited as a UX Lead, Design Systems / Ops expert. I worked in numerous complex cases across industries in various capacities in strategic, service, and product design projects. Some examples:

  • Several projects for Brussels Airport Company around safety and security. As a junior service designer, I brought service blueprinting as an approach to understand, evaluate, and improve security operations.
  • UX/UI design for Terumo EMEA, several projects. Coorporate website design (Terumo EMEA and Terumo Pharmaceutical ), applications for info kiosks and sales representatives.
  • UX Lead in industrial automation projects. Designed software for safer process monitoring, enabling faster reaction to alerts and alarms for its operators (Carmeuse). Designed a next-generation concept for self-driving forklifts. Our goal was to increase trust in automation by human co-workers and enable faster troubleshooting and maintenance. (Dematic)
  • Design Strategist. Helped EVS in becoming more customer-centric design-driven, establising design as a key operations from 0 to 1 in product development.
  • Systemic design work and research also for the European Commission,  MSF, Spanish Ministry of Justice, IKEA foundation, and Council of Europe.
  • Internally, I was a design operations manager and systemic design researcher with publications and participations in various conferences. I also worked in various trainings as a facilator and course designer.
