Summary

Product designer who builds with extensive experience turning complex user, business, and technical needs into clear digital products. I lead research, interaction design, prototyping, user testing, and delivery for complex B2B/enterprise and safety-critical systems, working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders from concept through implementation. I combine product design, accessibility expertise, systems thinking, and hands-on front-end fluency to create coherent experiences, strengthen design systems, and help cross-functional teams make well-reasoned decisions. Department of Product and Systems Design Engineering - BLUEPRINT research project (part-time, March–July 2026).

• Defined the design framework for the project’s digital platform, establishing guardrails for accessibility and equitable use.

Movify | UX, Design Systems and Accessibility Consultant | 2023–2025

Consulted for large organisations evolving their digital products and infrastructure.

• Established the foundations of bpost’s WRAP design system and served as its owner and designer, supporting consumer, operations, and retail applications.
• Conducted accessibility audits for bpost, assessed organisational capabilities, and delivered a roadmap spanning immediate fixes and long-term skills development.

Console is a custom platform for Paranoise Radio that hides the complexity of multi-tool workflows and offers simple, effective interfaces for residents and the operations team.
